I don't drive I live in a rural Amish Community there are no land lines.
They would show up at my home demand full payment they would shut my electric off.
What they they are doing is inhumane no one should have to go through this..
Decided since I did not apply for the summer crisis program by the deadline!!!
They are aware of my medical conditions they refused to leave it on even though my doctor has stated it is medically necessary especially I am in need of medication through a breathing machine.

It has been over two weeks now without electric
I was recently taken by paramedics to Hospitial due to abnormal hemorrhaging had multiple seizures at the Hospitial. I was then transferred to OHIO State University Hospital.
My rights as a disabled person are completely being ignored.
It was discovered I have a tumor and need surgery asap.
It has been in the high 80's-90 the humidity has been extremely hard on me...
I am suffering do to the conditions I am being forced to live.
I am disabled with Pulmonary Lung Disease , Seizures, High-blood pressure fibermiagal, Anxiety, depression...
Absolutely hate paying 40% more for the same electric as AEP

I have been without running water , all my food had to be thrown out so I have lived on chips and crackers. I can't begin to tell you what it has been like.... I have been suffering physically,

I absolutely hate this company and their service. I want to move just because of this electric company. You send a meter read in they don't even update it until a week later so your bill will say more than what it really is because they over estimate as much as they can. I don't even heat with electric and we are never home and my bill runs $200 and its a 1100 sq-ft home. This company is horrible to work with and when you call them they are rude and act like you don't know what you are talking about. They will tell you one thing and when you call the next day and it will be a different story. Power outages all the time and it takes hours to come back on... This is ridiculous company and they should be ashamed of themselves for even calling their self a company.
